You are assured of a warm welcome at our Yoga classes. We have a lovely air-conditioned room and we are of mixed ability with a wide range of ages. Classes are open to both male and female.

You are never too old  or too young to enjoy Yoga. Come along try it out and unwind from the busy life we all lead.

We meet every Thursday from 7:30pm till 9:00. The Yoga class is a drop in class, each session costing £5.20 for a member (of the Shirley Community Association) and £8.00 for a visitor.

You need to wear something loose and bring a non-slip mat (one can be loaned until you have provided your own), you will also need to bring a blanket for the end of session relaxation.
