Centre Stage Theatre

Centre Stage Theatre is a very friendly group committed to producing a wide range of entertainment to suit all tastes.
Our previous productions include comedies, musicals, concerts, our ever-popular pantomimes and even Shakespeare.

We meet every Wednesday and Sunday evening in the Members’ Lounge at the Shirley Centre. In addition to honing our performing skills, we also make the majority of our scenery, costumes and properties ‘in house’.

We warmly welcome new members interested in any of these theatre skills.

Hi-de-Hi Campers!

Step back in time and join Centre Stage Theatre at Maplin’s Holiday Camp where Jeffrey Fairbrother is doing his best to manage Ted Bovis and Spike’s money making schemes, Peggy’s Yellowcoat ambitions and Gladys Pugh’s amorous advances under the watchful eye of Joe Maplin. Who will be the lucky one to go to the Bahamas? Will Ted end up in the clink? Can Yvonne and Barry do a Tango in the pool? Come along and find out!

Performances are on Friday 28th June at 7:30pm and Saturday 29th June at 2:30pm and 7:30pm

Tickets £14 each or £50 for a block of four at the same performance.
