The following activities that happen at the Shirley Centre are run by members of the Shirley Community Association and if you become a member (current annual fee is £14 for adults) you can access these activities at a cheaper rate. Please call in at the caretaker’s office for a membership form.

Keep Fit for the over 50s. Monday 1 – 3pm.

Yoga Thursday 7.30 – 9pm. 

Short mat bowls Tuesdays 10am (1 session) Wednesdays 10am and 11.30am (2 sessions) Fridays 10am and 11am (2 sessions)

Art for Fun Thursdays 10am – 12pm. 

Centre Stage Amateur Theatre group. Wednesdays 7.30 – 10pm and Sundays 6.45 – 9pm

Modern Sequence Dance Wednesdays 7.30 – 10pm

Afternoon Tea Dance Thursdays 1 – 4pm

Line Dancing Fridays 2.30 – 4pm. 

Ballroom and Sequence Sunday Dance Sundays 7.30 – 10pm
