Caretaker Wanted

Responsibilities include security of the building, assisting users of the Centre, dealing with enquiries, both face-to-face and on the telephone, and light cleaning duties. Applicants must enjoy dealing with people and be sufficiently fit to move furniture and operate cleaning machinery.

Remuneration is at the rate of the National Living Wage, currently  £10.42 (23 and over) per hour. An additional £1 an hour is paid for weekend evening shifts. Various day and evening shifts are available. Depending on hours agreed, applicants should be willing to work Monday to Sunday on a rota basis and be flexible to cover holidays and sickness.
